Aprobar la modificación, por resultar necesario añadir servicios adicionales a los inicialmente contratados y por circunstancias sobrevenidas e imprevisibles, del LOTE 4 – NTRA SRA DE LOS ANGELES 14 del contrato denominado « SERVICIOS DE ELABORACIÓN DEL PROYECTO BÁSICO, PROYECTO DE EJECUCIÓN, DIRECCIÓN DE OBRA Y DIRECCIÓN DE EJECUCIÓN DE OBRA, COORDINACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD Y TRABAJOS COMPLEMENTARIOS», expediente 072/2018, que supone un incremento de precio del contrato de 38.200,00 €, IVA no incluido, al que corresponden 8.022,00 € en concepto de IVA, totalizado 46.222,00 € con IVA incluido.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

El cambio de contratista generaría inconvenientes significativos, ya que los planos del proyecto original en los que se basa este proyecto complementario, fueron desarrollados por el actual contratista y la entrada de uno nuevo requeriría de aumento de tiempo y medios para su ejecución, ya que uno nuevo tendría que analizar de nuevo la situación de la obra y eso encarecería el proceso.
