Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

según la planificación actual del Servicio de las estaciones del Tramo II, es necesario una ampliación del término, teniendo en cuanta que la previsión de puesta en marcha de servicio de las restantes estaciones del viaducto de la Zona Francesa es para abril de 2021. El contracto establece que los Trabajos de asistencia técnica finalizaran en 3 meses después de la última puesta en marcha del Servicio, siendo la fecha de finalización actualizada de l’ATI, julio del 2021.
