Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Próximos al vencimiento de los servicios que aplican a las sedes referidas anteriormente (centros de educación sostenidos con fondos públicos pero de titularidad no pública) es necesario extenderlos inicialmente hasta la finalización del curso académico, a fin de evitar trastornos en estos centros justo a la finalización del mismo al respecto de sus comunicaciones inalámbricas y con el exterior.
