ACUERDO DE PRÓRROGA DEL CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE SEGURIDAD Y VIGILANCIA EN LOS CENTROS DEPENDIENTES DEL SERVICIO EXTREMEÑO PÚBLICO DE EMPLEO, INCORPORANDO MEDIDAS DE CONCILIACIÓN DE LA VIDA PERSONAL, LABORAL, FAMILIAR Y SOBRE LAS CONDICIONES LABORALES DE LOS TRABAJADORES QUE PRESTAN EL SERVICIO, LOTE 5.- “Centros de Referencia Nacional (CFO Don Benito y ESHAEX).

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Dado que las circunstancias no han variado desde que se tramitó el expediente y dado que se trata de un servicio fundamental para el correcto funcionamiento de los Centros de Empleo del Servicio Extremeño Público de Empleo. Se hace necesario tramitar la prórroga del citado expediente de contratación para continuar cubriendo las necesidades satisfechas hasta el momento, y seguir prestando el servicio de seguridad y vigilancia en los Centros de Empleo del Servicio Extremeño Público de Empleo adscritos a este expediente, durante el período de veinticuatro meses (24). En concreto, el período de la misma será el comprendido entre el día 21 de agosto de 2023 y el día 20 de agosto de 2025.
