         Certificado de la Delegación de Industria del Gobierno de Cantabria que la empresa dispone de instaladores, con el carné en vigor, autorizados para la realización de instalaciones de fontanería.

         Documento de calificación como empresa instaladora y mantenedora autorizada en instalaciones y reparaciones eléctricas otorgado por la Dirección General de Industria del Gobierno de Cantabria, o los órganos competentes de otras administraciones.
