   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         De conformidad con los arts. 2.1.a) y 15.2 y 3 de la Orden TMS/369/2019, de 28 de marzo, las Entidades de Formación licitadoras deberán estar acreditadas y7o inscritas para la impartición de la especialidad formativa integrante de los certificados de profesionalidad y/o programa formativo no conducente objeto del contrato en la fecha final de presentación de ofertas. Dicha acreditación/inscripción deberá subsistir en el momento de perfección del contrato.

         En aquellos casos en que sea necesaria la acreditación de las entidades de formación para la impartición de especialidades formativas conducentes a la obtención de Certificados de Profesionalidad, conforme a la Ley 30/2015, de 9 de septiembre, por la que se regula el Sistema de Formación Profesional para el empleo en el ámbito laboral y el Real Decreto 34/2008, de 18 de enero, por el que se regulan los Certificados de Profesionalidad, las mismas deberán contar con la citada acreditación a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de ofertas. En caso de que fuera necesaria la inscripción de las entidades de formación, bastará con la presentación de una copia compulsada de la Declaración Responsable prevista en el artículo 15.4 de la Ley 30/2015, debidamente registrada. Este mismo requisito habilitante será exigible a las entidades de formación que concurran agrupadas en uniones temporales de empresas.

         Cuando las entidades de formación concurran en UTE las habilitaciones profesionales que sean necesarias para desarrollar las diferentes prestaciones o impartir las especialidades formativas se exigirán a la/s empresa/s de la UTE que vayan a impartir la formación, sin que pueda exigirse esta habilitación para aquellas otras empresas integrantes de la UTE que no vayan a ejecutar esa concreta prestación. Se exigirá a las entidades que integrarán la UTE se comprometan a identificar en su oferta, completando el apartado correspondiente a especialidades formativas inscritas del Anexo VIII las habilitaciones profesionales con que cuentan cada una de ellas, es decir, en qué especialidades formativas están inscritas cada una de ellas. Las entidades deberán estar inscritas o acreditadas en los lotes a los que aspire impartir las acciones formativas.
