En el edificio de Balmes se dispone de un espacio en la planta baja, inicialmente destinado a office para el personal, que se pretende equipar para convertirlo en un espacio multifuncional y polivalente. Un espacio que promueva la creatividad y la colaboración incorporando el área de descanso. Un área de trabajo libremente configurable que permita mantener reuniones internas o externas, mediante espacios de trabajo flexibles aumentando así el bienestar de los trabajadores.
