Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Por ser necesario para el mantenimiento de la marca Q de calidad, se aumenta la dotación de motos acuáticas frente al de embarcaciones, con el fin de mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en las actividades de ayuda y socorrismo llevadas a cabo en las playas de este contrato.
