VII.2)Information about modifications

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La opción inicial era reutilizar la mayor parte del kit de terminal, suministrando únicamente el terminal metálico con el objetivo de reaprovechar los elementos de conexión de los cables con los armarios de energía. Por ello, el presupuesto únicamente incluye el precio del terminal metálico, sin contar con los demás elementos descritos en el Pliego.

Tras iniciarse el servicio, se comprueba la imposibilidad de realizar este aprovechamiento debido a las diferencias entre las secciones de cables inicialmente previstas con las finalmente ejecutadas y al desgaste del resto de elementos de los kits de terminales, lo que provoca, el aumento de la partida correspondiente, conforme a la base de precios de ADIF y con el objetivo de alcanzar la finalidad principal del contrato, manteniendo el servicio de alimentación de 750V en todo el tramo de actuación.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Desde el inicio del contrato, se han estado realizando los trabajos según la programación inicial. A lo largo de los mismos, y tras realizar varias inspecciones del estado de las instalaciones se han detectado diferencias entre el cable previsto y lo que finalmente ha sido necesario instalar en campo. Esto ha afectado tanto a los tipos de cable, las medidas necesarias y sus kits de terminales, todo ello provocado por las numerosas actuaciones correctivas a causa de los múltiples y constantes robos que ha ido sufriendo la línea.La opción inicial era reutilizar la mayor parte del kit de terminal, suministrando únicamente el terminal metálico con el objetivo de reaprovechar los elementos de conexión de los cables con los armarios de energía. Por ello, el presupuesto únicamente incluye el precio del terminal metálico, sin contar con los demás elementos descritos en el Pliego.
