VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Próxima a finalizar la vigencia del contrato del expediente de referencia y constatando que persisten las mismas necesidades de contar con este suministro en el Hospital, según manifiesta el Servicio de Farmacia se propone la prórroga de dicho suministro en las mismas condiciones técnicas y económicas del contrato primitivo, adelantándose el inicio de la prórroga al haberse agotado el concurso inicial antes del plazo de ejecución previsto, y habiéndose realizado todas las ampliaciones permitidas, para un nuevo período de 12 meses más de ejecución (del 03/05/2023 a1 02/05/2024).

Todo ello de conformidad con lo establecido en la cláusula 24 del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares del expediente, así como en el punto 16 de la Cláusula 1 de dicho Pliego, y contando con la información facilitada por el Servicio de Farmacia que manifiesta, que el contrato que ahora se prorroga, está siendo ejecutado de conformidad, y acorde con las especificaciones técnicas del Pliego de bases del expediente

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
