    Volumen anual de negocios referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos años disponibles en función de la fecha de inicio de actividades de la empresa. El importe, referido al año de mayor volumen de los tres últimos años disponibles, deberá ser, al menos, el de una anualidad y media del presupuesto de licitación, IVA excluido, del lote o de los lotes por los que se presente oferta.
    
    Acreditación de los criterios de solvencia económica y financiera
    
    - El volumen (cifra) anual de negocios se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito.
    
    - Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizadas en el Registro Mercantil.

    Acreditación de los criterios de solvencia económica y financiera:
    
    - El volumen (cifra) anual de negocios se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito.
    
    - Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizadas en el Registro Mercantil.
    
    En el caso de que algún licitador no se presente a la totalidad de los lotes del concurso las referencias al importe del contrato se entenderán hechas en relación con el fijado por la administración como tal para cada lote.

    - Cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público: certificado de buena ejecución expedido por parte del órgano competente en el que conste la fecha de realización del contrato, objeto e importe.
    
    - Cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado: certificado de buena ejecución expedido por éste o, en su defecto, declaración responsable del licitador, haciendo constar la fecha de realización del contrato, objeto e importe.
