         Al amparo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 202 de la LCSP, éstas se solicitarán para dar

         cumplimiento a lo establecido en le Ley 2/2011, de 4 de marzo, de Economía Sostenible, así como para la mejora de los valores medioambientales y una gestión racional de los recursos naturales.

         El licitador debe acreditar la implantación un sistema de gestión medioambiental basado en las normas ISO 14001 mediante el que se persigue reciclar la mayor parte de los residuos como parte del compromiso con la protección del medio ambiente y la prevención de la contaminación.

         La acreditación se realizará mediante la presentación del certificado ISO 14001.

         A dicha condición especial de ejecución, se le atribuye el carácter de obligación contractual esencial, de manera que, en caso de incumplimiento de la misma, se considerará causa de resolución conforme el apartado f) del artículo 211 de la LCSP.
