Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

En el tiempo transcurrido desde la convocatoria de la licitación a la actualidad, se han incrementado las exigencias en cuanto a velocidad de procesamiento de los equipos, dada la evolución del software y de los sistemas de información de la organización. Dados los problemas de rendimiento detectados en dichos ordenadores, ha surgido la necesidad de actualizar la RAM de los PCs, pasando de 4Gb (1x4Gb) DDR4-2666 a 8GB - DDR4-2666/PC4-21333 DDR4. Este cambio requiere de una intervención física en los equipos asumida por el departamento de Servicio Técnico cambiando las tarjetas de 4Gb por una de 8Gb afectando a un total de 120 equipos. Dado que, para responder a esta necesidad, se requiere necesariamente manipular los equipos, propiedad del adjudicatario, esta intervención sólo puede ser realizada por la propia empresa contratista, no siendo posible la contratación por ninguna otra mercantil. Esta modificación no estaba inicialmente prevista en los pliegos de la licitación, por lo que habrá que tramitarla como una modificación no prevista, de acuerdo con el artículo 205.2 a) de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, LCSP, que permite la modificación de los contratos a fin de incrementar las prestaciones inicialmente contratadas, siempre y cuando no sea posible un cambio de contratista y el importe de la modificación no exceda un 50% del precio contratado.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

El importe previsto para esta modificación en 120 módulos de los 345 que disponemos, es de 2.640,00 euros (IVA no incluido).Dadas las razones técnicas expuestas, se propone que se tramite la modificación del contrato del expediente BSA 6/18, en los términos y condiciones que se prevén en los pliegos y en la legislación de aplicación, a fin y efecto de incorporar la ampliación de la memoria RAM de los ordenadores objeto de renting por parte de la empresa contratista.
