La modificación introducida responde al supuesto contemplado en el art. 205.1 de la LCSP para la realización de modificaciones no previstas en el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares consistentes en introducir en el mismo una serie de unidades adicionales, no previstas inicialmente y que se considera que no alteran la naturaleza global del contrato, pero que se han mostrado como necesarias para poder lograr una correcta finalización del mismo.
