         La falta de recursos suficientes para poder realizar la captación de participantes. En concreto, la UOC no dispone de BBDD de participantes externos a la UOC (panel) que permitan la captación de participantes para aquellos estudios cualitativos internos, acciones de investigación y/o proyectos de investigación a realizar internamente, que requieran de la participación de personas que no tengan ningún tipo de relación con la UOC.

         Por otra parte, la UOC como entidad del sector público, requiere incluir varias bolsas para realizar otras compras y garantizar el éxito de las captaciones internas y ejecución de proyectos de investigación con financiación externa e interna de la universidad, realizadas por la UOC. Además, las bolsas que se prevén en el PCP se configuran para dar cobertura a posibles necesidades de compra para la ejecución de trabajos/proyectos de investigación interna de la UOC (como, por ejemplo, la compra de incentivos, la reserva de salas o espacios fuera de las instal
