         Para la SOLVENCIA ECONÓMICA Y FINANCIERA se presentará una declaración sobre el volumen anual de negocios en el ámbito de actividades correspondiente al objeto del contrato, referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos ejercicios disponibles en función de la fecha de creación de la empresa o del inicio de actividades del empresario, en la medida en que se disponga

         de las referencias de dicho volumen de negocios, que deberá totalizar un importe mínimo correspondiente al presupuesto de licitación.

         Para la SOLVENCIA TÉCNICA se presentará una relación de las principales prestaciones (principales suministros para la solvencia técnica del arrendamiento y principales servicios para la solvencia técnica del mantenimiento) de igual o similar naturaleza que las que constituyen el objeto del contrato efectuadas durante los tres últimos años, disponibles en función de la fecha de creación de la empresa, que incluya importe, fechas y destinatario público o privado de los mismos. Las prestaciones, tanto para el arrendamiento como para el servicio de mantenimiento, se acreditarán mediante tres certificados cada una de ellas, de buena ejecución expedidos o visados por el órgano competente cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público, y cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado mediante certificados expedidos por éste o a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario.
