VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

SERVEO SERVICIOS, S.A.U. (C.I.F.: A-80241789), se compromete a realizarla modificación conforme al acuerdo de 26 de mayo de 2023 así como de los Pliegos de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares y de Prescripciones Técnicas que sirvieron de base a la contratación inicial y bajo la supervisión del Servicio Municipal de Deportes.La modificación del contrato aprobada supone el incremento del importe delcontrato en un 6.99%, y asciende a la cantidad de DOSCIENTOS CATORCE MILNOVECIENTOS EUROS (214.900,00. €), más el 21% de I.V.A. que asciende aCUARENTA Y CINCO MIL CIENTO VENTINUEV EUROS (45.129,00 €), lo quehace un total de DOSCIENTOS SESENTA MIL VEINTINUEVE EUROS(260.029,00 €)
