         La ejecución del contrato, en sus distintas fases, se deberá realizar en BIM [Building Information Modeling].

         El Proyecto Básico y de Ejecución deberá plantearse desde los principios de la edificación sostenible, considerando factores como el respeto al medio ambiente, la eficiencia energética, la facilidad para el posterior mantenimiento y conservación del edificio, la optimización de las soluciones constructivas y la durabilidad de los materiales.

         La actuación se enmarca en el Plan PIREP Autonómico, que persigue la rehabilitación de edificios de uso público y titularidad pública desde una visión integral de la rehabilitación y para todo tipo de edificios públicos. La Comisión Europea ha fijado como requisito indispensable que se asegure una reducción del 30 % del consumo de energía primaria no renovable.
