         1º. Hallarse inscrito en el Registro de Empresas de Seguridad de la Dirección General de la Policía, dicha autorización tendrá vigencia y plenitud de efectos para la prestación de los servicios y actividades objeto del presente contrato en el ámbito estatal o autonómico de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria y cumplir las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en la ley 5/2014 de Seguridad Privada, y Reales Decretos aplicables de desarrollo.

         2º. Empresa instaladora y mantenedora autorizada en instalaciones y reparaciones eléctricas otorgado por la Dirección General de Industria del Gobierno de Cantabria, o los órganos competentes de otras administraciones.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

         Volumen anual de negocios del licitador, que referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos concluidos deberá ser al menos una vez y media el valor estimado del contrato cuando su duración no sea superior a un año, y al menos una vez y media el valor anual medio del contrato si su duración es superior a un año. El volumen anual de negocios del licitador o candidato se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.

         En los casos en que resulte apropiado, por tratarse de contratos cuyo objeto consista en servicios profesionales, en lugar del volumen anual de negocios, la solvencia económica y financiera se podrá acreditar mediante la disposición de un seguro de indemnización por riesgos profesionales, vigente hasta el fin del plazo de presentación de ofertas, por importe no inferior al valor estimado del contrato, aportando además el compromiso de su renovación o prórroga que garantice el mantenimiento de su cobertura durante toda la ejecución del contrato. Este requisito se entenderá cumplido por el licitador que incluya con su oferta un compromiso vinculante de suscripción, en caso de resultar adjudicatario, del seguro exigido, compromiso que deberá hacer efectivo dentro del plazo de diez días hábiles a que se refiere esta cláusula. La acreditación de este requisito se efectuará por medio de certificado expedido por el asegurador, en el que consten los importes y riesgos asegurados y la fecha de vencimiento del seguro, al que se acompañará compromiso vinculante del licitador de suscripción, prórroga o renovación del seguro, en los casos en que proceda
