         1._Solvencia Económica y financiera. Requisitos: La empresa licitadora deberá acreditar un volumen anual de negocios, que referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos concluidos, deberá ser al menos el correspondiente al presupuesto base de licitación anualizado (IVA excluido) del lote de mayor cuantía al que se licite. Si se licita a un solo lote la cuantía deberá ser al menos la misma que el presupuesto base de licitación anualizado (IVA excluido) de dicho lote.
