Los trabajos previstos tienen el objetivo común de adoptar actuaciones encaminadas a romper la continuidad de la vegetación tanto horizontal como vertical y descargar de combustibles el monte, transformando así la masa vegetal existente en una de mayor resistencia. Se abordarán, entre otros, tratamientos selvícolas de desbroces de matorral, corta de arbolado y preparación de la madera, saca y desembosque, claras, resalveo, realce y podas, recogida y apilado/acordonado de residuos, eliminación de restos, tratamiento de cepas de eucalipto, etc.
