Explanation:

Siendo objetivo de GIAHSA la implantación del quinto contenedor exclusivo para la fracción biorresiduo, de la tipología carga bilateral en los municipios de Trigueros, Beas, San Juan del Puerto y Gibraleón, teniendo en consideración que tales municipios no cuentan en la actualidad con contenedores de fracción resto (necesarios para un correcto despliegue de la quinta fracción), se solicita la adquisición de contenedores de carga bilateral necesarios par implementar la recogida automatizada para dicha fracción resto en esos cuatro municipios de interés.

Teniendo en cuenta que cuando se licitó el expediente de contratación 719/2021 destinado al suministro de contenedores nuevos de carga bilateral no estaba previsto ejecutar el mencionado proyecto, y que se ha encontrado una oportunidad de mercado para conseguir el suministro de contenedores de carga bilateral reacondicionados en perfecto estado (tanto interior como exteriormente) con unos plazos de entrega tras firma de contrato inferiores a los que se tendrían con contenedores de nueva fabricación, y además con un precio notablemente menor respecto a la compra directa a fabricante, se estima oportuno efectuar la contratación de interés según oferta económica recibida.
