Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

En la actualidad se ha incrementado el consumo del material suministrado por este proveedor debido a la dificultad de realizar un cálculo exacto de la cantidad de material necesario en este tipo de intervenciones. Dado que los suministros realizados hasta la fecha de este informe ya están llegando o han llegado al importe de las cantidades previstas, sin que el plazo de ejecución del contrato haya finalizado, es necesario proceder a su ampliación, en virtud de los artículos 191, 203, 204 y 205 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, por la que se aprueba la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público.
