         Autorización administrativa en vigor para la instalación y funcionamiento del centro expedida por la Administración del Principado de Asturias, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el Decreto 55/2014, de 28 de mayo, por el que se regula la autorización de Centros y Servicios Sanitarios tanto en cuanto a tipo de centro como la oferta asistencial junto con una declaración responsable por el representante de la empresa de que el centro mantiene las características estructurales y funcionales por las que obtuvo dicha acreditación.

         En función del Lote al que se licite las autorizaciones sanitarias exigibles serán las que figuran en el anexo 7 del PCAP con las prescripciones que a este respecto se recogen en el apartado Sexto del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares.
