      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         El contrato tendrá una duración de 4 años a contar desde su formalización en documento administrativo. Se establece como hito parcial que el adjudicatario instale los equipos en el plazo máximo de 1 mes, contado desde la formalización del contrato, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la clausula VI del PPT. Tras dicho hito, se levantará acta de recepción que marcará el inicio del plazo de mantenimiento y garantía de los equipos, con una duración de 47 meses.Los equipos deberán ser instalados en los departamentos indicados en el punto 2 del pliego de prescripciones técnicas, según venzan los actuales contratos existentes (relacionados en el Anexo al pliego de prescripciones técnicas) y siguiendo las indicaciones del Área de Transparencia y Gobierno Abierto. El número de ubicación de los departamentos puede variar desde la elaboración del pliego hasta la adjudicación del mismo y durante la vigencia del mismo. En el caso de los equipos que, según la planificación establecida en el Anexo al PPT, se entreguen con posterioridad, el plazo de entrega será igualmente de un mes desde el requerimiento que se le realice por parte del responsable del contrato.En el supuesto en que se diese por finalizado este contrato, y en tanto en cuanto se resuelva la nueva licitación pública que al efecto se convoque, el adjudicatario vendrá obligado a prorrogar el contrato en vigor de forma extraordinaria, si la diputación así lo solicitara, durante el plazo máximo de 4 meses para la resolución de la nueva licitación.
