Este contrato tiene por objeto el suministro de productos alimenticios y materias primas destinadas a la elaboración de menús para la alimentación de los usuarios de los centros adscritos a la Agencia Madrileña de Atención Social, así como la supervisión y el control de la calidad higiénico-sanitaria de este suministro.
Serán objeto de suministro y entrega a los centros de la Agencia Madrileña de Atención Social los siguientes productos:
1. Productos alimenticios y materias primas necesarias para la elaboración culinaria de diferentes menús.
2. Productos alimenticios o alimentos de consumo directo, que no precisan de una elaboración o preparación culinaria previa para ser consumidos.
3. Bebidas: aguas envasadas para consumo humano (aguas minerales naturales y aguas de manantial); bebidas refrescantes (agua de soda, gaseosa y otras).
4. Bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas (cerveza, sidra, vino y otras).

- Inscripción en el Registro General Sanitario de Empresas Alimentarias y Alimentos, tal como establece el Real Decreto 191/2011, de 18 de febrero, sobre el Registro General Sanitario de Empresas Alimentarias y Alimentos. En el caso de establecimientos de productos origen animal a los que hace referencia el Reglamento (CE) nº 853/2004, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 29 de abril de 2004, por el que se establecen normas específicas de higiene de los alimentos de origen animal, la empresa contará con la autorización sanitaria concedida por las autoridades competentes.
- Tener implantado un sistema de autocontrol basado en los principios del Análisis de Peligros y Puntos de Control Crítico (APPCC) que permita identificar y evaluar los peligros (físicos, químicos y biológicos) que pueden aparecer en los alimentos, estableciendo medidas preventivas y correctivas para su control.
