Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

FREMAP requiere un servicio de interconexión con la Gerencia de Informática de la Seguridad Social (GISS), pues resulta imprescindible para la actividad de la mutua, ya que posibilita la correcta transferencia de información entre la Seguridad Social y la Mutua.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La mencionada interconexión, debe realizarse forzosamente a través del adjudicatario del contrato de comunicaciones de datos e internet de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, que actualmente es la empresa TELEFÓNICA DE ESPAÑA S.A, existiendo por tanto una exclusividad para la prestación de ese servicio.
