Favorecer la formación en el lugar de trabajo. Descripción: Prácticas de alumnos en empresas: La empresa adjudicataria deberá firmar en el plazo de 10 días desde la formalización, a través del COIE de esta Universidad, un Convenio de Cooperación Educativa, en caso de no haberlo realizado ya

Descripción: Fomento y estabilidad en el empleo: Cuando por la adjudicación del presente contrato, la empresa contratista deba ampliar plantilla, contratará profesionales en situación legal de desempleo Los trabajadores que la empresa asigne a la ejecución del contrato deberán tener la consideración de personal fijo, acreditándolo en la forma prevista en el apartado U) del cuadro
