Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Esta situación sobrevenida obliga a modificar el alcance de las tareas del contrato original ya que parte de la funcionalidad está cubierta por la plataforma actual pero, por otra parte, es necesario llevar a cabo un pequeño desarrollo específico sobre la plataforma en desarrollo.

Cuando se realizó el análisis de necesidades del contrato original no se podía prever esta nueva funcionalidad, puesto que las instrucciones técnicas no estaban, en ese momento, previstas.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

A día de hoy, avanzado el desarrollo objeto del presente contrato, ha surgido un requisito esencial que no estaba contemplado inicialmente, consistente en la adición de dos campos nuevos en la interfaz con SAP. Estos dos campos han sido pedidos por Financiera con posterioridad al inicio del proyecto.Esta situación sobrevenida obliga a modificar el alcance de las tareas del contrato original ya que parte de la funcionalidad está cubierta por la plataforma actual pero, por otra parte, es necesario llevar a cabo un pequeño desarrollo específico sobre la plataforma en desarrollo.Cuando se realizó el análisis de necesidades del contrato original no se podía prever esta nueva funcionalidad, puesto que las instrucciones técnicas no estaban, en ese momento, previstas.
