La duración total del contrato es de 53 meses 1 semana, con el siguiente desglose:Fase I. Redacción del proyecto. QUINCE (15) MESES Y UNA (1) SEMANA. Fase II.A). Ejecución de las obras y puesta en marcha provisional. CATORCE (14) MESES. Fase II.B). Puesta en marcha. VEINTICUATRO (24) MESES

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Existen dos roturas adicionales en la tubería del inmisario, que no podían ser detectadas y valoradas por la empresa adjudicataria, ni por ninguna otra en el momento de la licitación, por tratarse de una zona submarina que no era susceptible de inspeccionar en fase de licitación, más allá de la información que disponían los licitadores recogida en el Anteproyecto.Dichas roturas deben ser reparadas para que la planta desaladora pueda operar correctamente. Se ha determinado el precio unitario de reparación de rotura en el inmisario, y se han calculado los incrementos de los presupuestos de Ejecución Material, para Conocimiento de la Administración de la obra y el presupuesto del contrato modificado.
