Se establece como condición especial de ejecución, de acuerdo con el art. 202 de la LCSP, la obligatoriedad de presentar, en los dos primeros meses de ejecución del contrato, un plan de gestión más sostenible del agua de riego en el Parque de Polvoranca, con medidas concretas para la disminución del consumo de este recurso. Dicho plan deberá ejecutarse durante el primer año del desarrollo del contrato y tendrá el carácter de obligación esencial del contrato, con los efectos del artículo 211 de la LCSP.
