Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

• Nuevas necesidades surgidas en la prestación del servicio en varios centros, a raíz de la incorporación de nuevos centros educativos cuyos servicios de mantenimiento y conservación se venían prestando con personal propio de la Consejería.• Centros docentes que no fueron previstos en la contratación inicial.• Situación de deterioro acusado del estado de las instalaciones, que requieren un aumento de la prestación del servicio correspondiente. La presente modificación se adecúa a las circunstancias y Este condiciones previstas en la cláusula 32.1 del pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares que rige la presente licitación.
