      Se justifica la necesidad de su tramitación de urgencia, amparada en el artículo 119.1 de la citada LCSP, dado que durante la época estival es imprescindible contar con el servicio de Vigilancia, salvamento, socorrismo, seguridad y primeros auxilios en playas y zonas de baño marítimas del municipio de Güímar, ya que, resulta preceptivo para este Ayuntamiento conforme a la obligatoriedad recogida en el PLAN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALVAMENTO EN PLAYAS Y ZONAS DE BAÑO MARÍTIMAS DEL MUNICIPIO DE GÜÍMAR, que prevé la prestación desde el 20 de junio hasta el 20 de septiembre , por lo que se entiende que constituye un servicio público esencial para la población en esa fecha de verano. El interés público en no demorar el inicio de la prestación deviene, al velar por la vida e integridad de las personas, sin duda, irrebatible. Por lo que, se considera que, la motivación de la urgencia asumida deviene perfectamente incardinable en las exigencias del artículo 119.1 de la LCSP.
