        Forma de presentación: La documentación acreditativa de solvencia debe presentarse firmada en todas sus hojas.

        Medios de acreditación: La solvencia se acreditará por el siguiente medio:

        Declaración sobre el volumen global anual de negocios en el ámbito de actividades correspondiente al objeto del contrato, referido al mejor ejercicio de los tres últimos dipsonibles en función de la fecha de creación o de inicio de las actividades del empresario y de presentación de las ofertas.

        Criterio de aceptación: El volumen mínimo anual de negocios exigido, será para el mejor de los últimos tres ejercicios, igual o superior al presupuesto de licitación del lote o lotes a los que se presente oferta (IVA excluido).

        Forma de presentación: La documentación acreditativa de solvencia debe presentarse firmada en todas sus hojas.

        Medios de acreditación: La solvencia se acreditará por el siguiente medio:

        Una relación de los principales servicios de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato efectuados en los últimos tres años, que incluya importe, fechas y el destinatario, público o privado, de los mismos.

        Criterio de aceptación: Se requiere que se hayan ejecutado al menos dos servicios cuyo importe individual, supere durante el año de mayor ejecución del período citado (últimos 3 años), el 70% de la anualidad del lote o lotes a los que se presente oferta.

        Los servicios o trabajos efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público o, cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario; en su caso, estos certificados serán comunicados directamente al órgano de contratación por la autoridad competente.
