VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Próxima a finalizar la vigencia del contrato del expediente de referencia y constatando que persisten las mismas necesidades de contar con este suministro en el Hospital, según manifiesta el Servicio de Farmacia , se propone la prórroga de dicho suministro en las mismas condiciones técnicas y económicas del contrato primitivo, adelantándose el inicio de la prórroga al haberse agotado el concurso inicial antes del plazo de ejecución previsto, y habiéndose realizado todas las ampliaciones permitidas, para un nuevo período de 12 meses más de ejecución (del 19/04/2023 a 18/04/2024).
