VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Dadas las características propias de este proyecto y su necesaria sincronización con los ciclos presupuestario y contable, se requiere que su puesta en producción se produzca al inicio de un ejercicio presupuestario, aplazándose el inicio de la ejecución presupuestaria en el nuevo sistema al 1 de enero de 2024. Por ello, la ampliación de los plazos prevista se realizará por un período de 12 meses, de manera que la duración del proyecto queda comprendida entre diciembre de 2019 y diciembre de 2024.
