Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

El presente modificado supone una adaptación del horario de entrega de viales al horario de apertura y cierre de los establecimientos sanitarios a los que se reparten las vacunas, entre las 08:00 horas y las 14:00 horas, lo cual no supone variación en las características del servicio, ni en los precios del mismo, por lo que no se trata de una modificación sustancial que modifique la naturaleza del contrato.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Dado que el horario de distribución que se estableció en los Pliegos que rigen la contratación obedecía a que las vacunaciones frente al Covid-19 se llevaban a cabo en los puntos de vacunación especialmente habilitados para ello, con horario de mañana y tarde, por lo que, actualmente, dada la finalización de las campañas de vacunación masiva, ya no resulta necesario mantener el horario de tarde.
