Modificación consistente en el ajuste en la campaña de medición y en el cambio en la distribución del número de cabinas que se ubican dentro y fuera de las Zonas de Bajas Emisiones.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Conforme al artículo 205.2.c) de la LCSP, que establece que las modificaciones no alteran el contenido del objeto del contrato ni tienen carácter sustancial, ya que no afectan a la naturaleza material del mismo, sino que se trata de ajustes de naturaleza técnica tras el análisis y estudio de la situación existente en la ciudad, para llevar a cabo una adecuada medición de los niveles de ruido y medición del aire en la misma, manteniéndose el precio de la adjudicación del contrato.
