II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

La Diputación de Cáceres cuenta con un conjunto de centros de trabajo distribuidos por la por la provincia que se encuentran conectados a través de una red de comunicaciones electrónicas de diversa naturaleza, desde la que se prestan servicios tanto a la propia Diputación como al conjunto de EELL en mayor o menor medida en función de la normativa vigente y otros tipos de acuerdos. Estos servicios deben garantizarse en un contexto de seguridad e integridad acorde al Esquema Nacional de Seguridad y ser gestionados por personal vinculado al prestatario de los servicios, incoporando las directrices que desde la Diputación de Cáceres se definan y establezcan.

El presente contrato pretende la modernización, optimización y mantenimiento de las infraestructuras de los servicios de telecomunicaciones, lo cual permitirá, por una parte, mejorar los servicios ofertados tanto para la Diputación como para las Entidades Locales de la provincia y, por otra parte, acometer nuevos proyectos orientados a:

.- Disminución de costes de comunicaciones.

.- Aumento de los anchos de banda de las comunicaciones.

.- Aumento de la seguridad para el alojamiento de nuevos servicios.

.- Implantación de nuevos servicios de administración electrónica.

.- Adecuación al Esquema Nacional de Seguridad e Interoperabilidad.
