Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aprobar la modificación relativa al contrato con denominación “SERVICIO DE SEGURIDAD, VIGILANCIA Y CONTROL DE EDIFICIOS EN DIPUTACIÓN PROVINCIAL DE JAÉN Y SUS ORGANISMOS AUTÓNOMOS” adjudicado a la empresa ILUNION SEGURIDAD S.A. A-8917465 consistente en incrementar el contrato en la cantidad de 797,54 euros más 167,48 euros de 21% de IVA lo que asciende a un total de 965,02 euros, motivado en la necesidad de instalar en la planta primera del edificio CTSA2 del PCT-Geolit, cinco detectores de alarma de intrusión en el interior de los despachos que han sido arrendados, según informa el directorala Directora de Geolit del Área de Empleo y Empresa.
