Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Según lo establecido en el Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y en el Anexo IX (modificaciones contractuales previstas) del mismo pliego, se prevé la posibilidad de modificar el contrato dentro de los límites legales establecidos. En aplicación de lo establecido en el artículo 204 de la LCSP, se acuerda aprobar la modificación del contrato mencionado.Si durante la vigencia del contrato, se produce una variación (de color, de forma, o de tamaño) de alguno de los productos, la/s contratista/s deberán notificarlo y justificarlo.
