Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Se modifica el objeto del contrato con el fin de proceder a la incorporación del evento Encuentro de Grupos infantiles, la anulación de los eventos Concurso de Comparsas Infantiles, Encuentro de Murgas Infantiles y Gala de la Integración, así como la modificación de los requerimientos previstos para la prestación del servicio de instalación e iluminación del set, en las condiciones contenidas en la propuesta emitida por la Contratista con ocasión de la reorganización de los actos del Carnaval llevada a cabo por la Organización del Carnaval 2023 de las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Considerando que a través de esta modificación se introducen cambios en los requerimientos previstos para la prestación del servicio de instalación e iluminación del set y la anulación por parte de la organización del carnaval, del Concurso de Comparsas Infantiles y el Encuentro de Murgas Infantiles que formaban parte del objeto del contrato, y considerando que el nuevo acto a retransmitir (Encuentro de Grupos Infantiles) tendrá lugar en el Parque Santa Catalina desde donde TVPC a través del contratista va a desplegar todo el dispositivo requerido para llevar a cabo todas las retransmisiones del Carnaval de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria del Lote 1, lo que imposibilita su ejecución por un contratista distinto, se requiere la modificación del contrato.
