VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La RSC del modificado es el 2022-00359. Se ha firmado una resolución de rectificación de error del importe resultante del contrato por no ser el correcto en la resolución de aprobación.La fecha de la resolución es la que figura en este anuncio como la de modificación. La feha de formalización del contrato modificado es el 21 de diciembre de 2022.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

a) Los volúmenes de backup establecidos en el pliego en el momento de la licitación han incrementado considerablemente.b) Al objeto de minimizar el riesgo operativo es importante disponer del sistema de backup en producción sobre la plataforma actual.c) Se ha notificado por parte de uno de los fabricantes de los equipos que la Autoridad Portuaria de Barcelona ha de poner a disposición del contratista que hay un equipo que pasa a estar descatalogado y fuera de mantenimiento. Debido a esta circunstancia, el contratista debe proveer la funcionalidad necesaria para suplir dicho equipo.
