      El objeto de este contrato corresponde a servicios actualmente críticos para la Gerencia de Informática de la Seguridad Social ya que corresponden al mantenimiento de la plataforma que garantiza el teletrabajo y su inicio es consecuencia de haber quedado desierto el expediente 2020/7112, siendo por ello una necesidad inaplazable y de interés público para garantizar la continuidad de la plataforma imprescindible para el Servicio de las Entidades Gestoras y Servicios Comunes de la Seguridad Social, implicando todas sus relaciones con empresas, ciudadanos y beneficiaros del sistema de Seguridad Social. La transición con el contrato actualmente en vigor cuya fecha de finalización es 30.6.2021 hace imprescindible la declaración y calificación del contrato como urgente a los efectos previstos en el artículo 119 de la LCSP para garantizar la formalización del contrato en fecha anterior al vencimiento del actual contrato.
