Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Incrementar las horas de limpieza puntuales en diversos edificios, bibliobuses y dependencias de la Diputación de Barcelona ubicados en diferentes municipios de las comarcas de Barcelona establecidas en el presente contrato, en previsión de cubrir la limpieza y desinfección diarias, de lunes a viernes, excepto domingos y festivos, no establecidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, en el caso que el personal adscrito realice trabajo presencial en las dependencias y bibliobuses objeto del contrato, durante los meses de enero y febrero de 2021: Total: 239 horas.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La continuación de las circunstancias excepcionales, derivadas de la crisis sanitaria provocada por el Coronavirus, motivan que se deba continuar adoptando medidas excepcionales de limpieza y desinfección en los edificios y recintos de la Diputación de Barcelona, delante la desescalada del desconfinamiento de su personal que presta servicio presencial.
