Undertake a review of the developed Sterkspruit Urban Design Framework (UDF). The desktop work is expected to take a week of desktop analysis; 2. Develop a project implementation plan with a clear critical path of priority projects. This process should take up to 3 weeks; 3. Capital expenditure framework with detailed project costs. The bidder must note that the framework must be costed in such a way that it can be updated in future, utilising current construction and material costs. This will take up to 4 weeks; 4.
