Bids are hereby invited for a panel of professional consultants: Professional quantity surveyors. This Panel of Consultants in Quantity Surveyor Services will be appointed for a three-year period starting on the date of acceptance of appointment. Scope: The consulting quantity surveyor will be responsible to manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, including cost planning, estimating, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The duties included preparing tender and contract documents, valuing work completed and to provide services related to the scope of works as typically defined in the Professional Client / Consultant Services Agreement (PROCSA) specific to this discipline and as outlined by the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors Profession (SACQSP).
