Bids are hereby invited for the valuation of vacant sites in Kwabhaca Town. Scope of Work: The appointed service provider will be required to: • Conduct physical inspection/site visits of all 201 identified parcels of land, • Undertake property market research, comparable sales analysis and apply accepted valuation methodologies, • Determine fair market value per site with detailed basis of valuation (highest and best use), • Prepare valuation schedules with breakdown per ERF, zoning, extent, GPS location and recommended market value, • Ensure compliance with SACPVP standards, MPRA and MFMA requirements, • Present draft valuations to the municipality for comments and final sign-off, • Provide a Final Valuation Report in both soft copy & bound hard copy.
