28-11-2025 Addendum: Amendment to Tender Documents and Extension of Closing Date. Bids are hereby invited for the provision of physical guarding services, K9 dog unit, aerial drone surveillance and including ad-hoc security services on an as and when required basis for all sites on a month-to-month not exceeding the period of eight (08) months. Scope: The physical guarding services will inter alia protect all staff, and perform patrol functions to Sites: (i) Provide physical guarding at sites; (ii) Conduct access control at facilities; (iii) Conduct patrols at perimeter fence; (iv) Conduct Armed Response to any emergency within the sites; (v) Escort employees to and from high-risk areas within the allocated sites; (vi) Investigate and report criminal incidents at sites; (vii) Provide complete dog kennels; (viii) Conduct patrols and search with K9 Dog Unit at critical infrastructure; (ix) Conduct aerial surveillance through drones; (x) Provision of off-road quadbikes. .28-11-2025 Quotations are hereby requested for transport to and from the venue. .

Scope: Phase one (1): The appointed service provider will be required to: Conduct a Needs Assessment: • Engage with Facilities unit to understand functional requirements; • Review existing floor plans, workstation allocations, and common areas. Analyse Current Space Utilisation: • Measure and map out existing space usage per unit; • Identify underutilised, overcrowded, or inefficiently configured areas. Develop Space Optimisation Solutions: • Propose layout options to maximise space efficiency while promoting a conducive work environment; • Ensure designs accommodate the entire staff compliment aligned to the approved organisational structure; • Include ergonomic considerations, circulation routes, lighting, and acoustic balance. Provide Detailed Layouts and Visuals: • Prepare 3D space plans; • Include furniture placement plan, zoning, and suggested reconfigurations. Compliance and Standards: • Ensure layouts comply with building regulations, accessibility standards, and health and safety requirements. Project Management of the implementation: Implementation Support: • Provide project management services during the reconfiguration implementation stage. .
