Scope: Phase one (1): The appointed service provider will be required to: Conduct a Needs Assessment: • Engage with Facilities unit to understand functional requirements; • Review existing floor plans, workstation allocations, and common areas. Analyse Current Space Utilisation: • Measure and map out existing space usage per unit; • Identify underutilised, overcrowded, or inefficiently configured areas. Develop Space Optimisation Solutions: • Propose layout options to maximise space efficiency while promoting a conducive work environment; • Ensure designs accommodate the entire staff compliment aligned to the approved organisational structure; • Include ergonomic considerations, circulation routes, lighting, and acoustic balance. Provide Detailed Layouts and Visuals: • Prepare 3D space plans; • Include furniture placement plan, zoning, and suggested reconfigurations. Compliance and Standards: • Ensure layouts comply with building regulations, accessibility standards, and health and safety requirements.
